This poster was presented at the 2023 ASMS Annual Meeting, and describes our cloud-based computational pipeline capability to automatically transfer and process proteomics data, providing quality control in real-time in a >3000 subject biomarker study comprising >20,000 injections, and demonstrating significant improvements in the proteomics workflow.
