An unbiased multi-omics approach for the detection of pancreatic cancer biomarkers utilizing ion-mobility mass spectrometry and nano-particle based Proteograph technology

This poster from ASMS shares data from an unbiased multi-omics study of a pancreatic cancer cohort of 196 subjects that we are using to identify multi-analyte biomarkers for the early detection of pancreatic cancer in blood. We identified hundreds of proteins and lipids that could show statistical differences between cancer and control subjects in our cohort, which could serve as putative biomarkers for disease.
