This poster from ASMS demonstrates an application of our proteomics methods with the Zeno SWATH DIA acquisition workflow to identify and quantify thousands of proteins from plasma at high-throughput and reproducibility, while increasing the depth of coverage for low-abundance proteins. This proteomic workflow thus creates a unique opportunity to detect robust protein biomarkers that translate into viable clinical tests for complex diseases.
