This poster presented at the AACR Special Conference on Pancreatic Cancer 2022, describes how our multi-omics platform identifies molecular signatures for pancreatic cancer, from a patient’s blood, by collecting and analyzing proteomic, metabolomic, lipidomic, transcriptomic, and genomics data. Together, these different molecular signatures enable deeper understanding of pancreatic cancer biology, and development of liquid biopsy tests for early detection of pancreatic cancer.
