This poster presented at the USHUPO conference, describes our approach to investigate glycoprotein abundance, identify glycoprotein/glycoform and use this data to characterize these glycoproteins/glycoforms across a large cancer cohort study. Given the direct association that glycoprotein dysregulation has with cancer and other diseases, our methods of glycoprotein enrichment can help advance the detection of cancer biomarkers.
