Large scale, deep, and unbiased proteomics profiling a sub-study of a multi-cancer cohort enabling biomarker discovery

This poster presented at the HUPO Re-Connect virtual conference, demonstrates the utility of our proteomics profiling in large-scale plasma proteomics studies for biomarker discovery. In a sub-study of 212 subjects, including patients with cancer and controls, we detected over 5,000 proteins, with excellent depth of coverage, reproducibility and direct detection of expected cancer relevant proteins across 8 orders of magnitude in concentration, thus providing a use case of our methods for large-scale biomarker discovery studies.
